Blueberry Muffins

2 cups flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

¾ cup sugar

2 cups blueberries, washed & dried

1 cup milk

¼ cup salad oil


1 cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

⅔ cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and sugar. Wash and dry blueberries. Remove stems and bruised berries. Beat eggs, milk and oil together, and add to dry ingredients. Mix in berries by hand, try not to smash berries. Fill cupcake paper liners full with mixture.

In a small bowl mix the dry ingredients for the crumbs, add melted butter and mix with fork. Sprinkle mixture on muffins and bake 20 minutes. Cool muffins on wire rack.
